1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AqarPro (“the Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

AqarPro provides a cloud-based Real Estate CRM system designed for brokers, developers, and property managers in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the wider GCC.

3. Accounts

You must create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities on your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Free trials may be offered for a limited period. Continued access requires an active subscription. Pricing and billing cycles are listed on aqarpro.cloud.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• No uploading unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• No reverse-engineering or misuse of system resources.
• No use of the platform to spam or collect data illegally.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, source code, and content belong to AqarPro or its licensors. “AqarPro” and “عقار برو” are registered marks protected by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise system integrity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. AqarPro is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or service interruption beyond its control. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, unless otherwise required by local law in your country.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms become effective upon posting.
